The Alexander Technique

Being present in our daily life is so much easier said than done! We often know we need to slow down, to become more self-aware, to practise being present....but finding the time and space in which to do this can be so difficult. This is where having a simple routine can really help and in this video I share with you my favourite 'tool' or practice for unwinding and letting go: The Alexander Position.
What is so beautiful about this gentle technique is that it not only helps release muscular tension and improve your posture, it also gives you time to simply relax and practise being present. Please note, this video is a short introduction to only one of the exercises from the Alexander Technique.
