It is difficult to really change your health when you don’t have the time, energy or motivation to create a new lifestyle. In fact, if you’re utterly exhausted and struggling with brain fog then I’m sure even the thought of making big changes will overwhelm you. 

That’s why it’s important to have someone guide and inspire you into making very small, very simple changes that will help you get enough energy and motivation to make the bigger changes you know you need to make.

Having spent many years struggling with fatigue myself, and having spent more than 23 years working in natural health, both helping and teaching people how to lead healthier lives, I am the right person you need to guide you on your journey to rebuilding your health and creating more energy.

I've been practising and teaching reflexology for over 23 years and have published two books on it as well as two on anatomy, physiology and pathology.  I believe that the more you can learn about your own body and how it works, the more in control of your own health you'll become.   True healing happens slowly...but it does happen!
