This is just a short update from me, and a little glimpse into how things are shifting in my work and life at the moment.
As you may have noticed, I love writing, so I’ve decided to step back slightly from clinic work to make more space for research and writing. I’m now in the clinic on Mondays and Thursdays only.
I’m also going back to my roots and offering reflexology again. It’s how I first began my journey into natural health, and something I still deeply love doing.
If you feel drawn to book a session - whether for counselling, homeopathy, herbal support or reflexology - you can do so here:
And for those of you who are curious, here’s a gentle introduction to reflexology...
Reflexology is a gentle, deeply relaxing therapy that works through specific points on the feet (and sometimes hands) to support the body as a whole. These points reflect different organs and systems, allowing the body to settle, rebalance and restore itself in a natural and unforced way.
It is a quiet, calming treatment that works particularly well for people who feel tired, overwhelmed or constantly “on edge,” helping to ease the effects of long-term stress on both the body and mind.
Drawing on over 25 years of clinical experience, I use reflexology as a way to support your nervous system, improve circulation and create space for the body to rest and recover. Each session is tailored to you — there is no fixed routine — and I work gently, responding to what I feel through your feet and what your system seems to need on the day.
One of the most powerful effects of reflexology is its ability to calm the stress response. As the body begins to relax, the nervous system shifts out of a constant state of alert and into a more restorative state. This is often where healing begins.
People often notice improvements in areas such as sleep, tension, headaches, digestion and overall energy. Just as importantly, many describe a sense of feeling more settled, grounded and able to cope.
Like all of my work, reflexology is most effective when approached slowly and consistently. Regular sessions allow your body to move out of a state of ongoing stress and into a more balanced rhythm over time.
