Homeopathy & Phytotherapy

Homeopathy uses gentle, individualised remedies to support emotional and physical wellbeing, while phytotherapy works with herbs and plant-based extracts to nourish, strengthen and restore balance in the body.
Drawing on my clinical training, I select remedies and herbal formulations that best match your symptoms and overall pattern of health. Each treatment plan is tailored to support your nervous system, energy, digestion and emotional balance — offering a natural, holistic approach to fatigue and long-term stress.
Homeopathic and herbal treatment works best when changes are made gradually and thoughtfully. Rather than prescribing many remedies at once, I usually begin with one or two carefully chosen remedies and observe how your body responds. Healing is a step-by-step process, and deeper, more lasting change comes from working gently over time.
For this reason, follow-up appointments are typically scheduled every 4-6 weeks, allowing space to assess progress, refine treatment and support your system in a steady, sustainable way.
A note for new visitors: I'm not currently accepting new clients. The booking link on this site is for existing clients only. Thank you for your understanding — I hope to open my books again in the future.

If you recognise yourself in any of these, you’re welcome to book a consultation so we can explore the homeopathic or herbal support that feels right for you.
We’ll go gently and create a simple plan to support steadier energy and better sleep. I will also work with your GP or refer you for private blood tests if necessary.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many homeopathy sessions will I need?
This varies depending on your health history and what you’re seeking support for. Many people notice changes over a series of follow-up sessions rather than after just one appointment. Homeopathy works best when we allow time to observe how your body responds and adjust treatment gradually. We can discuss this together once treatment has begun.
Why are follow-up sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart?
Homeopathic remedies act over time. Spacing sessions every 4–6 weeks allows your body to respond fully before changes are made. This helps us work gently and accurately, rather than rushing the process or over-treating.
Are remedies and herbs included in the consultation fee?
Remedies and herbs are prescribed separately and are charged in addition to the consultation fee, usually $20–$35 per item. I work very simply and conservatively — I don’t sell multiple supplements. Treatment typically involves one carefully formulated herbal blend and one or two homeopathic remedies only, chosen specifically to match your individual needs. This approach helps keep treatment focused, effective and affordable, without unnecessary additions.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full, as the time has been reserved specifically for you.
Is there contact or support between sessions?
To keep the work contained and sustainable, I don’t offer email or text support between sessions. Our work happens within appointments, where there is time and space to reflect properly and make thoughtful clinical decisions. This approach helps maintain clear boundaries and supports steady, effective treatment.
