Over four weeks, we meet for weekly two-hour sessions, online or in person. Each group is personal and shaped to fit the women who join. There’s no strict plan, no expensive supplements, just nature’s wisdom, shared stories, and grounded support.
You’ll explore simple lifestyle shifts with food, herbs, movement and rest, while also finding space to honour the emotional ups and downs of this powerful life stage.
